Co-living Brand Livlit Projects Rs18 Cr Turnover by FY 2026

The Livlit, one of Mumbai’s fastest-growing co-living brands, since its inception in 2021, has expanded to an impressive 850 beds across 9 properties, with plans to further scale by 2026. With a projected turnover of Rs18 crore by FY 2026, The Livlit is becoming one of the leading co-living brands in the city, offering young professionals and students a flexible, community-driven, and hassle-free living experience.

The Livlit’s journey began in April 2021 with a 22-bed property in South Mumbai’s Fort, spanning 5,000 sq ft. Building on the success of the initial property, The Livlit expanded in April 2022, opening a 75-bed facility in Ballard Estate with 12,000 sq ft of space.

In April 2023, the brand launched an 80-bed property in Andheri (W), offering 9,000 sq ft of flexible living space. April 2024 saw the opening of a 90-bed facility in Kharghar, providing 12,000 sq ft of community-centric living.

By July 2024, The Livlit expanded into Prabhadevi, unveiling a 100-bed property with 15,000 sq ft of thoughtfully designed space. November 2024 marked a significant milestone, with the opening of a 175-bed property in Fort, spanning 24,000 sq ft.

In March 2025, The Livlit expanded into Kurla with a 90-bed property occupying 13,000 sq ft. By July 2025, the company plans to open a 140-bed facility in Santacruz East, spread across 22,000 sq ft.

The Livlit will also open a 100-bed property in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai, by June 2025, adding 14,000 sq ft of modern living space. By June 2025, The Livlit will operate approximately 850 beds across 9 properties in 8 key micro-markets across Mumbai.

In just three years, The Livlit has demonstrated exceptional financial growth, with revenue increasing year-on-year: Rs1.85 crore in FY 2023, Rs4.20 crore in FY 2024, and a projected Rs9.10 crore in FY 2025. With continued expansion and strong market demand, the company is on track to achieve a projected turnover of Rs18 crore by FY 2026.

The company’s robust expansion and innovative approach have positioned it as a leading choice for young professionals and students looking for hassle-free, community-driven living spaces in Mumbai.
