JLL India announced the promotion of Anish Sareen as Senior Director and India Flex Lead, highlighting his growing influence in the country’s office leasing and flexible workspace sector.
Based in Mumbai, Anish has been a key member of JLL’s Office Leasing Advisory Team for over 12 years. He has successfully nurtured strong relationships with both occupier and developer clients in the city, delivering strategic leasing solutions across the highly competitive Mumbai market.
In addition to leading India’s Flexible Office Space vertical, Anish serves as the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for several key national and global accounts. His deep understanding of occupier needs and developer offerings allows him to provide tailor-made, market-relevant solutions for clients navigating India’s dynamic real estate landscape.
JLL emphasized that under his leadership, the Flex business in India is expected to further expand, catering to the surging demand for flexible, innovative workspaces across Tier-1 and emerging cities.
