Porsche Design Tower Begins Construction of Asia’s First Ultra-Luxury Residence

In a significant development for Asia's luxury real estate sector, Porsche Design Tower Bangkok has officially broken ground in the upscale Thonglor district of Bangkok. This marks Porsche Design's third architectural project globally and its inaugural venture into the Asian market. The project is a collaboration with Ananda Development and is slated for completion in December 2028.

The 21-story tower will house 22 exclusive duplex and quadplex ‘Sky Villas,’ each ranging from 525 to 1,135 square meters. Prices for these ultra-luxury residences start at approximately USD 15 million, with the most premium units reaching up to USD 40 million

A standout feature of the development is the integration of ‘Passion Spaces’ which is a private, customizable areas designed to house residents' luxury car collections. These spaces can be transformed into sophisticated entertainment venues or personal sanctuaries, offering unparalleled privacy and exclusivity

The building's design incorporates several Porsche-inspired elements:

• The Loop: A spiral car ramp at the building's core, allowing residents to drive directly to their Passion Spaces.
• Kinetic Move: An automated terrace system inspired by the Porsche 911 Targa's roof mechanism, enabling seamless indoor-outdoor living.
• X-Frame: An exposed pedestal structure inspired by Porsche's Mission R concept car, creating a striking entry experience.
• The Crown: A distinctive lighting feature atop the tower, inspired by Porsche's iconic design, set to illuminate Bangkok's skyline
