Puravankara Limited has announced the elevation of Bakhtiyar B Sindgi as Senior Vice President and Head of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for Puravankara and Provident Housing Ltd. With an illustrious career spanning over 18 years, Bakhtiyar brings extensive expertise in CRM, operations, customer service, credit and risk management, underwriting, collections, and portfolio management.
Before this role, he served as Head of CRM at Assetz Property, overseeing post-sales operations, customer fulfillment, and client relationship management for premium residential projects. He has also held senior positions with Golden Gate Properties and Commune Properties Bangalore, where he led CRM compliance, legal processes, and receivables management.
Bakhtiyar’s prior experience includes VBHC (Value and Budget Housing Corporation) as Senior Manager Operations, managing end-to-end CRM functions, and GMAC Financial Services India, where he was Credit Risk Officer heading credit risk operations across the country. Early in his career, he worked with Moneyline and CitiFinancial, handling home loans, mortgages, and auto loan portfolios while leading credit and operations teams in Karnataka.
In his new role, Bakhtiyar will focus on enhancing customer experience, streamlining post-sales operations, and driving CRM excellence across Puravankara Group’s residential projects, reinforcing its commitment to customer-centric growth.
