Sunteck Realty Limited announced its results for the fourth quarter and full-year FY25. The company reported its best-ever quarterly & annual pre-sales performance.
For FY25, the company reported its highest-ever annual pre-sales of approximately Rs 2,531 crore, marking a 32% year-on-year growth compared to around Rs 1,915 crore in FY24. Collections remained stable at approximately Rs 1,255 crore, slightly higher than Rs 1,236 crore in the previous fiscal year. Revenue rose by 51% year-on-year to around Rs 853 crore from Rs 565 crore in FY24. EBITDA increased by 58% year-on-year to approximately Rs 186 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) more than doubled to around Rs 150 crore from Rs 71 crore in FY24. The EBITDA margin expanded by 102 basis points to about 22%, and the PAT margin improved by 506 basis points to approximately 18%. The company maintained a zero net debt-to-equity ratio and reported a net cash surplus of around Rs 125 crore.
In Q4 FY25, the company reported pre-sales of Rs 870 crore, up from Rs 635 crore in Q3 FY25 and Rs 678 crore in Q4 FY24. For the full year FY25, total pre-sales stood at Rs 2,531 crore, registering a 32% year-on-year growth compared to Rs 1,915 crore in FY24. Collections in Q4 FY25 were Rs 310 crore, slightly lower than Rs. 336 crore in Q3 FY25 but higher than Rs 296 crore in Q4 FY24. For FY25, total collections amounted to Rs 1,255 crore, reflecting a 2% increase over Rs 1,236 crore in FY24.
In Q4 FY25, revenue stood at Rs 206 crore compared to Rs 162 crore in Q3 FY25 and Rs 427 crore in Q4 FY24. For the full year FY25, revenue rose by 51% year-on-year to Rs 853 crore from Rs 565 crore in FY24.
EBITDA for Q4 FY25 was Rs 69 crore, up from Rs 49 crore in Q3 FY25, while it was Rs 153 crore in Q4 FY24. On an annual basis, EBITDA increased by 58% to Rs 186 crore in FY25 from Rs 117 crore in FY24.
Net income for Q4 FY25 came in at Rs 50 crore, compared to Rs 43 crore in Q3 FY25 and Rs 101 crore in Q4 FY24. For FY25, net income grew by 112% year-on-year to Rs 150 crore from Rs 71 crore in FY24.
The company recorded its highest-ever quarterly pre-sales of approximately Rs 870 crore, reflecting a 28% year-on-year growth compared to Rs 678 crore in Q4 FY24. Collections remained strong at around Rs 310 crore, up from Rs 296 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue for Q4 FY25 increased by 27% quarter-on-quarter to approximately Rs 206 crore, compared to Rs 162 crore in Q3 FY25. EBITDA grew by 41% quarter-on-quarter to around Rs 69 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) rose by 19% to approximately Rs 50 crore, up from Rs 43 crore in Q3 FY25. The EBITDA margin stood at approximately 33%, and the PAT margin was around 24%.
