Tata Realty Commences Work on Intellion Park in Navi Mumbai

With a vision to revamp the IT development in the Navi Mumbai region, Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd- a 100% subsidiary of Tata Sons Private Ltd. today announced the commencement of work of its IT Park Project ,  Intellion Park located in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, which is being developed in partnership with Actis. Maharashtra’s Cabinet Minister for Industries, Mr. Subhash Desai, laid the foundation of the project. Intellion Park is set to become Navi Mumbai’s large-scale, campus-style IT/ITeS development that will see an investment of over INR 5,000 crores and create over 70,000 jobs. Intellion Park, Navi Mumbai is an integrated full-fledged campus with IT buildings, Commercial buildings, Data Centre development as well as High street retail.  As one of the fastest-growing suburbs in Navi Mumbai, Intellion Park is located opposite the Ghansoli station, with dual access to the property via the Thane-Belapur Road and Central Road.  Spread across 47.1 acres, with a development potential of over 7 million square feet of leasable area, Intellion Park Navi Mumbai is slated to be the next preferred IT destination for corporates.
