WorkEZ, one of India’s fastest-growing managed office space providers, has signed 1,00,000 sq. ft. in Coimbatore’s Saravanampatti IT corridor as part of its Phase 1 commitment. The facility is scheduled to go live by November 2025 and has already seen over 90% pre-commitment, including a major deal with PwC (US division). The company is in final stages of closing an additional 2,00,000 sq. ft. in the same vicinity, taking its total commitment in the city to 3,00,000 sq. ft.
Backed by strong clientele and operational excellence, WorkEZ has achieved over 45% year-on-year portfolio growth since inception, maintaining an average occupancy rate of more than 90% across assets. The company aims to surpass a 2 million sq. ft. portfolio milestone by the end of 2026.
