Sandeep Navlakhe has joined Godrej Properties Limited as the Chief Operating Officer – Pan India, marking a significant milestone in his illustrious career. With over 30 years of experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects, Sandeep has held pivotal roles across leading organizations such as Adani Airport Holdings Ltd, Tata Projects, Lodha Group, and Larsen & Toubro.
His leadership in managing multifaceted projects across airports, residential complexes, and commercial developments positions him as a valuable asset to Godrej Properties’ growth ambitions.
Prior to this role, Sandeep served as Executive Vice President & BU Head (Buildings, Factories & Airports) at Tata Projects, where he led several landmark initiatives. His previous stints also include serving as Vice President at Lodha Group, Chief Project Officer (CPO) at Adani Airport Holdings Ltd, and his longest tenure as Project Manager at Larsen & Toubro Limited.
