Sheth Creators appoints Bharat Dhuppar as CEO

Real estate developer Sheth Creators has announced the appointment of Bharat Dhuppar as the CEO, of the company. After a stint of close to five years, Bharat Dhuppar erstwhile CMO of Omkar has moved on to join Sheth Creators as the Chief Executive Officer. Bharat Dhuppar joins the brand with two decades of senior management expertise and will be responsible for corporate strategy, Business development, design , manpower ,sales and marketing and the overall P&L of the company. Prior, Bharat has been instrumental in creating Omkar brand and selling around 5 million sqft in the challenging times holds mammoth expertise in the Sales & Marketing segment. He comes with an overall experience of more than 25 years spread over Hospitality and Real Estate. He has worked with brands like the Taj and Oberoi in hospitality and has played key roles in real estate working with The Chatterjee Group , Lodha, Mantri (Bangalore) and Omkar . Bharat has an exemplary track record of delivering growth. Risen from the grass root level, Bharat is a graduate in science and has immense experience in product development ,brand building and sales in the real estate . Embarked with his innovative professional skills and hard-working spirit Bharat has been involved in creating impeccable developments in diverse segments across the country including Biotech parks ,SEZ ,townships ,mixed use developments ,residential ,retail and commercial . He has been a noted name in real estate industry and his remarkable achievements has garnered him various accolades consistently.
