While the typical office space in the US costs £28 per square foot, some of the world's most exclusive office addresses command eye-watering rents that could rival luxury penthouses. The latest forecast predicts a 2.6 per cent increase in rents in 2025; the following is the list of the priciest office spaces worldwide.
Starting with 54 Brooks Mews – London, UK – £498 per sq ft, which is located in Mayfair. This luxury building offers stunning architecture and premium amenities, making it the most expensive office space in the world.
Second, One Vanderbilt – New York City, USA – £242 per sq ft. This Midtown Manhattan skyscraper offers unmatched luxury, with state-of-the-art facilities and an elite location next to Grand Central Terminal. Followed by Sand Hill Commons – San Francisco, USA – £165 per sq ft. In Silicon Valley, Sand Hill Commons is a symbol of success, attracting top tech firms with its proximity to venture capitalists
Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower – Tokyo, Japan – £129 per sq ft. This ultra-modern tower blends business with luxury, offering premium offices in high-end, sustainable development. Next is the OUE Bayfront – Singapore – £166 per sq ft, which is situated in Marina Bay's financial district; this office offers breathtaking waterfront views and premium amenities.
On Fifth, One Flagler – Palm Beach, USA – £113 per sq ft, Florida's wealthiest area, this luxury office space offers stunning views and top-tier design, making it a hotspot for financial powerhouses.
