Jujhar Group Expansions and Acquisitions

Jujhar Group is a well-diversified conglomerate headquartered at the Grand Walk-in Ludhiana, Punjab. It owes its success and leadership position to its core philosophy of “touching every aspect of people's lives with high-quality products and unparalleled service” and this has been a guiding principle for sustainable growth for over three decades. 

The group has been on rampant speed for expansion with the construction of new townships and societies across north India. They have recently constructed the townships such as Green city residency and JS Enclave and their details are mentioned below:

Green City Residency: It is a property that is spread across 6 acres of land, and it consists of 40 plots. The area which it covers is around 500 square yards (ca. 4 a) to 1000 square yards (ca. 8 a) and comprises modern facilities like Wi-Fi, Underground wires, 24×7 security, walking tracks, and much more. It is located on the Ludhiana-Ferozepur highway. 

JS Enclave: This beautiful township occupies around 10 acres of land and consists of 243 plots as a whole. It is rapidly growing in terms of occupancy as it is already filled with 35% of occupancy. It has spaces reserved for both residential and commercial purposes to serve the multipurpose crowd of the Tricity. The modern amenities include Gymnasiums, parks, high-profile security systems, and much more. The township is equipped with underground cables spread throughout the covered land to make it convenient for the residents to use fast-speed Internet and avoid cable hassles inside their homes. It is located on the Chandigarh-Ludhiana highway. 

Recently the group acquired the majestic 4-star property Marriott Hotel in Amritsar. The purchase of this almost five-year-old property was done directly from Fairfield Marriott Amritsar. The 4-star property, comprising over 130 rooms and world-class amenities, is known for its stellar combination of contemporary comfort and award-winning customer service. It is one of the most preferred hotels for both business and leisure travelers in Amritsar due to its prime location. It is located near Golden Temple. 

Some future developments are also being planned by the brand in Ludhiana such as commercial developments, building two hotels, an Exhibition center, Office spaces, and Retail Mall.
