HOW HAS PUNE'S RESIDENTIAL MARKET FARED IN THE LAST TWO?

The residential real estate segment gained significant momentum in the first half of 2022. Overall, the residential real estate market in Pune is in an upcycle and gathering momentum. Looking at the yearly data of new launches by price segments, the average prices of homes across the city have increased by 8.11% in the last 12 months. There has been a steady rise in prices across the board especially in the new projects where prices have gone up by ~ 24% in the last 12 months.

WHAT HAS BEEN THE IMPACT OF RISING PROPERTY COSTS AND HOME LOANS ON HOMEBUYERS?

Potential homebuyers fear that the upcoming hike would shatter their dream of owning home. However, developers have maintained that the hike would be moderate and will take some time to come into full effect. Future price increases will likely be more pronounced in high-demand low-supply locations, and in projects by branded developers.

WHAT ARE THE PINNACLE GROUP'S NEW STRATEGIES TO BOOST SALES?

Our futuristic plans are to build better apartments from an end user’s perspective. Our business model revolves around the kind of project we choose, not just taking every project that comes our way and to create communities for the buyers, moving forward from plain brick and mortar. 

Looking at the growing population and housing demand, awareness amongst people and developers is necessary for a better, safer and planned development. We make environment friendly projects and want to make sure that every project, building and product we build, we contribute to the city’s overall development and nation’s progress.
