32 town planning schemes finalized by Rajkot

Rajkot Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has finalized 32 town planning (TP) schemes in the city’s peripheral areas, signalling a significant development stride for Saurashtra’s commercial capital. Most of the surrounding villages of the city now will be developed, which is also expected to spur real estate growth around Rajkot. RUDA has finalized the TP schemes in MotaMauva, Raiya, Nana Mauva, Mavdi, MotaMauva, Munjka, Kotharia and Vavdi. All these villagers are governed by gram panchayats and battling severe lack of civic amenities. They will get facilities like gardens, hospitals, drinking water and roads.
