Accuspace announced an expansion plan with an investment outlay of Rs 700 crore earmarked for FY26. The company aims to significantly enhance its presence in high-growth regions by developing advanced logistics parks, built-to-suit (BTS) warehousing, and premium office infrastructure.
Accuspace has established a strong foothold in the warehousing and office space market in Rajasthan. The company has expanded its operations into Delhi-NCR, acquiring high-end tenants and commercial properties. The new investment will further accelerate this growth, focusing on developing world-class infrastructure in Tier-1, Tier-2, and emerging Tier-3 cities (Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad and other cities). Focus on expanding its footprint in emerging urban hubs like Jaipur, Indore, Chandigarh, and tier 3 cities such as Jodhpur and Ajmer. Rajasthan remains a key geography in the company's growth blueprint.
Mukesh Choudhary, founder of AccuSpace, said, "Our Rs 700 crore investment in FY26 underscores our commitment to transforming India's commercial real estate landscape, by focusing on high-quality infrastructure and strategic locations, we aim to support the growth of businesses across the country and contribute to India's economic development."
AccuSpace's multi-pronged development strategy spans warehousing, office spaces, retail, and hospitals, with significant investments in build-to-suit projects tailored to each region's unique needs. It emphasises the untapped potential in smaller cities where talent is abundant but quality infrastructure is lacking.
The company is planning to execute a 1 million sq. ft. flagship development in Jaipur, which will be completed by 2028–29. The development will blend commercial office space with luxury hospitality.
