Bollywood Actor Ranbir Kapoor has purchased a apartment in Pali Hill for Rs 35 crore. According to media report “Ranbir Kapoor has paid a whopping amount of Rs 1.42 lakh per square feet, which is the highest ever paid money as per square feet rate in Mumbai so far.” Therefore, the apartment that comes with two parking slots is priced Rupees 35 crore.
