Trusha comes with over 18 years of diverse experience in marketing for top-tier real estate, retail, and hospitality brands, she brings a deep understanding of integrated brand building and performance marketing. Prior to Ajmera, she held senior leadership roles at Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, Viceroy Properties, Tata Housing, and Bombay Realty. At Ajmera, she will spearhead group-level brand strategy, digitalization, customer engagement, and marketing communications aiming to elevate the brand’s resonance and recall in key markets.
Mr. Nilesh Shah steps in as Business Head – Redevelopment, with a rich background and 30+ years of experience in project management and strategic development. Known for his executional excellence and ability to align on-ground delivery with long-term business vision, Nilesh’s joining will forge a deeper commitment to the high-potential redevelopment segment of Ajmera Realty. His role will involve driving acquisition, planning, and execution of redevelopment projects, with a strong focus on Mumbai’s evolving urban fabric.
