Aris Infra, a new age b2b platform in construction and infrastructure materials based out of Mumbai, acquired a significant stake in Unitern Advisors, a Bengaluru-based e2e Real Estate solution provider in the Real estate industry. The stake purchase has been a combination of Stock & Cash. The association aims to provide end-to-end operational solutions to all the stakeholders in the Real Estate Industry.
In line with this investment, Aris Unitern will provide advisory services, working capital solutions, and access to construction materials at a single click in a seamless manner bringing the full power of Aris & Unitern on a combined platform, jointly aiming at a turnover of INR 1500 Cr in the next six months.
