Ashiana Housing Ltd., a leading real estate player listed on the NSE & BSE, is poised to expand its feet in Panvel, Delhi NCR and Bengaluru and Intends to Launch 4 New Projects in FY 2024-25. Out of which 2 projects are located in Jaipur. The first project is on the lines of elite homes and second project is Kids Centric project. 3rd one is in Gurugram which is also a Kids centric home and 4th one is Ashiana Swarang in Chennai which is sophisticated senior living project.
Last year Ashiana has launched two senior living projects Pune and Chennai. In the current fiscal, we are also looking at acquiring between 25-30 lakh SQ feet for development, said Ankur Gupta, Joint Managing Director, Ashiana Housing.
Ashiana Housing Ltd. currently operates five senior living projects in Bhiwadi NCR, Lavasa-Pune, Chennai, and Jaipur, accommodating over 2,500 units and housing more than 2500 seniors. In the year 2023-24 the company has achieved the revenue of Rs 1800 cr. We are expected to get Rs 2000 cr of revenue in current financial year, added Gupta.
