Ashish R. Puravankara appointed as the CREDAI, Bengaluru Chapter
Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) announced, Ashish R. Puravankara, Managing Director Puravankara Limited, as the new president of CREDAI, Bengaluru Chapter. Ashish R. Puravankara is taking over as the President of CREDAI Bengaluru chapter after being president-elect for two years. He will be succeeding Mr. JC Sharma, VC & MD of Sobha Ltd who has served as the President for last two years. Speaking on the occasion,  Ashish R. Puravankara, Managing Director at Puravankara Limited & President, CREDAI, Bangalore Chapter said, “I treasure this opportunity and will try my best to walk the path the past presidents have laid out, taking the organisation to greater heights.” “Today the industry is at a critical juncture and potentially on the cusp of exponential growth. Thus, it becomes paramount that bodies like ours play a bigger role by becoming the voice of the industry to address its concerns with relevant policy enablers. I urge all the office bearers and members to contribute collectively to make our industry a sustainable ecosystem.” he added.
