Awfis Achieves Milestone Of 1 Lakh Seats In India

Awfis, has announced that it has crossed the milestone of 1,00,000 seats across its network of centres in India. From one center in New Delhi in 2015, Awfis has expanded its footprint, becoming 1st among the top 5 benchmarked players in the flexible workspace segment with presence in 16 cities in India. As of December 2023, Awfis operates in over 150 centres across all Tier-I cities and seven Tier-II cities. Awfis is the largest flexible workspace footprint in Tier 2 cities among the top 5 benchmarked operators, based on the number of centers and total area (Source- CBRE Report). The company serves clients from diverse industries ranging from information technology, media, financial services and capital markets, and healthcare services and pharmaceuticals.
