Bengaluru’s Vaishnavi Group launches new project – ‘Oasis’

Bengaluru based realty firm Vaishnavi Group has launched another project, Vaishnavi Oasis in Bengaluru South, J P Nagar 9^th Phase. The three residential towers, connected at the roof top by a sky club and infinity pool, are spread in 3 acre property with 256 units of two and three bedroom apartments. Located in the happening area of J P Nagar 9^th Phase in South Bengaluru, the apartment complex offers easy access to NICE Corridor, ORR and the Namma Metro Line, the developer said in a release. Commenting on the design of Vaishnavi Oasis, Architect Mr. Dilip Nadig, Architect Principal, PTN Architects who was instrumental in designing the apartment complex, says, “To enable this apartment complex to stand out in the crowd, three towers were proposed, each connected at the roof level by a ‘sky club’ and an infinity pool at a height of about 40m from the podium. The objective was to increase the aspirational value of the project as well as compete with other identically priced units in the area.”
