BHIVE Workspace Appoints Esha Ranjan as Chief Projects Officer

BHIVE Workspace, India’s fastest-growing premium coworking and managed office brand, has announced the appointment of Esha Ranjan as Chief Projects Officer (CPO). This strategic leadership move aligns with the company’s focus on operational excellence and readiness for its planned IPO in 2026.

Esha Ranjan brings over 20 years of global project delivery experience, having managed the execution of more than 8 million sq. ft. of commercial real estate projects across India, Australia, and New Zealand. Her portfolio includes landmark projects for global brands such as Google, LinkedIn, and IKEA, with deep expertise in CapEx optimization, vendor strategy, and design governance.

Prior to joining BHIVE, Esha held a significant leadership role at Smartworks, where she spearheaded project execution during its rapid growth phase, and most recently served at Incuspaze, focusing on scaling high-growth, investor-backed workspace operations.

At BHIVE, she will oversee project execution, CapEx management, vendor coordination, and the implementation of scalable governance systems to support the company’s aggressive national expansion plans.

“What drew me to BHIVE was Founder Shesh’s bold vision for the future of workspaces,” said Esha Ranjan. “BHIVE is more than a workspace provider, it’s a lifestyle-led brand. My mission is to drive scale, systemization, and turn execution into a strategic advantage.”
