Construction firm BL Kashyap & Sons has appointed Vivek Talwar as additional director of the company. Talwar, with over 36 years of experience in the tile industry, is the managing director of Nitco Limited.
"To broad base the company's board and to fulfil the requirement of SEBI (LODR) regulations, 2015 the board approved appointment of Mr. Vivek Talwar as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f 9th August, 2017 to hold office until conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting," the company said in a BSE filing today.
The company board also recommended the appointment of Maheshwari & Sharad as the auditors of the company for a period of five years, after the term of current auditors Sood Brij & Associates has expired.
