Brigade announces the Pre-launch of Brigade El Dorado
Brigade, one of India’s leading real estate developers and the pioneers of integrated enclaves in Bengaluru, today announced the pre-launch of Brigade El Dorado – the 8th integrated residential enclave by Brigade. Brigade El Dorado is a thoughtfully designed 50-acre integrated residential enclave near Aerospace Park in Bengaluru North, 15 minutes from the Bangalore International Airport. The Aerospace park is a 3000 acre development being planned and promoted by Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board (KIADB) as the hub of aerospace industry in India. Marquee names such as Boeing, Airbus, Rolls Royce amongst others, are planning to set up facilities in this aerospace park. Other MNCs such as Shell and SAP Labs are setting up large campuses in this area as well. With these developments, the Aerospace park promises to be the next big hub of commercial development in Bangalore. The area is dotted with social infrastructure such as schools, colleges, hospitals and retail at a convenient driving distance. Brigade is launching a large scale residential development to cater to the upcoming housing demand in this area. The first phase of Brigade El Dorado has been designed to cater to the growing needs of urban Bengaluru. It will have smartly designed 2 and 3 BHK units that cost less than Rs 45 Lacs per unit, all inclusive (excluding government levies and maintenance charges). Thus, all these units will attract the 1% GST. Further, those who are eligible for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) scheme can get additional subsidy of up to Rs 2.67 Lacs on these units, making it attractive for the mid income segments of the society. This will work towards augmenting the supply of residential units to meet the Government’s Housing for All initiative. Brigade El Dorado is master planned by an eminent Spanish architect, Ricardo Bofill and will be developed over multiple phases. Gallium block which has been pre-launched offers 2 and 3 bedroom apartments ranging from 795 sq.ft  to 1068 sq.ft, with carpet areas of up to 60 sq.mts. The project boasts of 40-acres of open space including a 10-acre central park, and a host of amenities like clubhouse with pool, cricket pitch, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, football field, open air amphitheater, bicycle track, peripheral walkway, pet park and many more. Pavitra Shankar, Executive Director, Brigade Enterprises Ltd., commenting the new launch, said “The latest trend in the large residential developments has been the demand for larger spaces outside home and more efficient spaces inside. Catering to this need, at Brigade El Dorado, we are providing for multiple sporting facilities, large community spaces and landscaped gardens that can act as a catalyst in building a vibrant community, in this upcoming technical hub of Bengaluru. With this launch, Brigade has focused on providing quality housing coupled with meticulously planned amenities to a new demographic of customers who are looking for housing options under Rs.45 Lacs without compromising on brand or quality”.
