NDR InvIT Trust, India’s first perpetual Warehousing and Industrial Parks InvIT listed on the National Stock Exchange, has inaugurated a 2.35 lakh sq. ft. facility at NDR Varama Sir on Verna Airport Road, Goa—solidifying its lead in high-speed logistics infrastructure.
The newly launched building includes ~1.06 lakh sq. ft. for a quick-commerce leader and ~1.24 lakh sq. ft. for a 3PL company managing FMCD products. This dual handover supports efficient last-mile delivery and large-scale inventory operations in a fast-growing coastal market.
With ~11 lakh sq. ft. constructed across two major parks—NDR Goaspace Pvt. Ltd. and NDR Varama Sir—the Trust now operates Goa’s largest industrial park network. Its facilities are tailored for speed, flexibility, and high-capacity operations, offering scalable floorplates, streamlined circulation, and ample loading docks to compress time-to-market.
Project Director Jagdish Bhanushali said the new development reflects NDR’s promise to deliver infrastructure that aligns with the evolving demands of manufacturing, trade, and nationwide distribution. By providing a reliable backbone for industries such as light manufacturing, quick commerce, 3PL, and consumer durables, NDR InvIT is enabling its clients to scale rapidly within India’s high-growth logistics landscape.
