Colliers Elevates Jatin Shah to Chief Operating Officer for India
Global real estate services firm Colliers has announced the appointment of Jatin Shah as Chief Operating Officer for its India operations. Shah, a company veteran, brings over two decades of experience and an impressive track record in driving strategic growth and operational excellence.
 
Shah has been with Colliers for 22 years, during which he has held several leadership roles, contributing significantly to the firm’s expansion and reputation in the Indian real estate and construction sectors. With a strong foundation in project management, Shah is known for his ability to oversee complex projects from conception to delivery. He holds degrees in Architecture (B.Arch), Engineering (MBEng), and Business Administration (MBA), and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
 
He succeeds Argenio Antao, MRICS, who has served as COO for five years. Antao will continue to lead critical strategic initiatives within the firm. Colliers expressed gratitude for his leadership and ongoing commitment.
 
As COO, Shah will focus on enhancing operational efficiencies, expanding service capabilities, and fostering innovation across the Indian business. Industry peers regard him as a forward-thinking leader with a sharp strategic mind and a talent for building high-performing teams.
 
With Shah at the operational helm, Colliers India is poised to strengthen its market position and accelerate its growth trajectory in the dynamic real estate landscape.
