Chennai-headquartered managed office and coworking space provider, Work Easy Space Solutions Private Limited (WorkEZ) has announced the signing of three new buildings in Chennai. The new centers will be known as ‘WorkEZ The Address’, ‘WorkEZ Chambers Guindy’, and ‘WorkEZ Clubhouse Anna Salai’. The upcoming centers are located across three key micro-markets of the city: The 200 feet Radial Road in Pallavaram, in Guindy, and Clubhouse Road, off Anna Salai, respectively.
The three new centers have a total capacity of nearly 4,000 seats spanning 1.9 lakh sq ft. With this latest addition to its portfolio, WorkEZ now has a total capacity of over 12,000 seats spanning over 6 lakh sq ft, across its seven centers in Chennai, making it the city’s largest managed office space provider.
