With an extensive career spanning over 25 years, Justin brings deep expertise in asset management, retail and commercial leasing, and operational excellence.Currently managing over 5 million sq. ft. of properties, his portfolio includes malls, commercial high streets, and office spaces. He has a proven track record in pre-openings, mall setups, and retail space leasing, consistently driving revenue growth and enhancing property performance through strategic planning and operational efficiency.
Justin has been instrumental in the launch and management of landmark properties such as Mall of India, DLF Cyber Hub Gurgaon, Pacific Mall Delhi, Gaur City Mall Noida, and Indira Gandhi International Airport’s retail spaces. His hospitality experience spans prestigious 5-star hotels, including The Oberoi and JW Marriott Mumbai, where he honed his skills in operations, guest experience, and leadership.
In his new role at CRC Group, Justin will provide strategic direction to malls and commercial assets, drive leasing performance, and focus on transforming operational culture to achieve sustained growth.
