With over 14 years of expertise in business development, client advisory, and real estate strategy, Sonal J Potdar has been appointed as Director – APAC Advisory & Transactions, Tenant Representation at Cushman & Wakefield.
Over the course of her career, Sonal has held leading roles at Colliers, Savills India, JLL, Vestian, Knight Frank, Shapoorji Pallonji, and Niteen Parulekar Architects, building a strong foundation of market knowledge and strategic insight.
In her new role at Cushman & Wakefield, Sonal will focus on driving tenant representation strategies, delivering value-driven solutions, and strengthening the firm’s presence across the APAC region.
