DLF has entered into a definitive master framework agreement (MFA) with Srijan Realty and its subsidiaries Makalu Builders LLP and Gangapurna Projects LLP to sell its IT/ITeS SEZ in Kolkata on a slump sale basis for Rs 693 crore.
The sale comprises a freehold land parcel measuring ~25.90 acres along with a constructed building, DLF Tech Park, with a gross leasable area of 10,54,357 sq ft.
"The transaction is made as part of a business strategy to generate revenue, improving cash flow and increasing shareholders’ value," the company said in a regulatory filing.
In November 2024, RDB Primarc Techno Park LLP, an affiliate of Primarc & RDB Group, purchased the business undertaking of DLF Techpark 1 from DLF Infocity Developers (Kolkata), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DLF Cyber City Developers for approximately Rs 638 crore on a slump sale basis.
