Dubai’s Emaar Now In Lucknow Building One of City’s Highest Skyscrapers

After delivering landmark high-rise developments in Dubai, Emaar is now introducing one of Lucknow’s highest skyscrapers – going up to (Ground+35) 36 floors.

Emaar India, the Indian business entity of the globally renowned brand EMAAR, announced the launch of its first premium high-rise residential project, ‘Elite Oasis’, at Gomti Nagar Extension - one of the most upmarket neighborhoods in the capital city of Uttar Pradesh.

Developed on 2.923 acres (11,827 sq mtrs) of land, Elite Oasis blends design aesthetics with a harmonious mix of modern comfort, convenience and a sense of elevated premium living. The project is thoughtfully planned to offer unique design, and it will reshape the city's skyline while marking a significant milestone in urban development.
