Eldeco Housing and Industries Limited Becomes NSE-listed Company

North India’s leading real estate Company Eldeco Housing and Industries Limited (EHIL) has become an NSE-listed company. The publicly-traded company which celebrated its success in a grand event in Mumbai today was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange in 1990 and its shares were listed on the NSE today. 

Rachana Bhusari - Head Listing and BD, NSE, Pankaj Bajaj - Chairman and Managing Director, Eldeco Group, Manish Jaiswal- Group COO, Eldeco Group,  Surendra Kumar Jaggi – COO, Eldeco Housing & Industries Ltd, and Chandni Vij, Company Secretary, Eldeco Housing & Industries Ltd, and other dignitaries graced the event with their presence. 

Under the leadership of its Chairman and Managing Director Pankaj Bajaj, the company has successfully grown from a regional company to a group with operations in multiple cities and verticals. The early 1980s witnessed Eldeco undertaking real estate and construction projects in Agra and other towns of U.P. that gradually helped them acquire a strong reputation for its fair and transparent business practices.

 EHIL, the listed entity is focussed on real estate development in Lucknow micro market and has delivered close to 15 mn sqft in last 35 years. It is part of larger Eldeco Group which has projects in more than 15 cities and has delivered close to 50 mn sqft in multiple cities of North India including Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Sonipat, Panipat, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Neemrana, Sitarganj, Kanpur, Jhansi etc.
