Emaar MGF receives completion certificate for Chennai project

Real estate developer Emaar MGF has received completion certificate for the first phase of its premium residential project 'The Avenues' at Esplanade in Tondiarpet, Chennai. This reinforces the initiative undertaken by the company to fast track execution, completion and delivery of all its ongoing projects under the leadership of Emaar. The Avenues at Esplanade is a premium residential offering in North Chennai comprising of six residential towers. Out of total 232 units in the project, the company has received part completion certificate for 77 units, whose possession and handover will commence soon.
