Eros Investments signed a Memorandum of U nderstanding (MoU) with the Gujarat government to establish an AI (artificial intelligence) park in GIFT City called Immerso AI Park. This project, the first of its kind, will be supported by an investment of Rs 16,000 crore. The park is anticipated to open by mid-2025.
Phase 1 of the AI Park, expected to be operational by mid-2025, will encompass the AI University and the initial phase of the AI cloud, catering to both public and private commercialization needs.
The strategic framework of Immerso AI Park is rooted in ethical AI, leveraging the world’s largest archive, training data, and tokens. This foundation aims to construct native models across various industry verticals, serving as a platform for academia, the startup ecosystem, and large-scale enterprise technology companies, as outlined in an official statement.
Immerso AI Park aims to carve out a dedicated zone and opportunities for international startups specializing in deep technology and generative AI, facilitating incubation for research and training purposes.
