Godrej Properties launches new housing project

Godrej Properties has recently launched its latest project, Emerald, on Ghodbunder Road in Thane. The project is built over 6.25 acres. The first phase of the project will consist of three high-rise residential towers where customers will have the option to choose from 1.5 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK apartments ranging from 990 square feet to 1,571 square feet. Godrej Emerald is connected via the Eastern and Western Express Highways, the Mumbai Suburban Railway and the upcoming Metro and Monorail projects. The project also comprises clubhouse, amphitheater, meditation pavilion, swimming pool, fitness centre, kids play area, senior citizen corner, jogging track, multi-purpose court, landscaped central greens, rainwater harvesting, solar panels and energy efficient lighting.
