Thus, this scheme provides opportunity for the retail investor to own fully managed asset class with good rental returns.
The ISL Scheme ensures that seniors do not have to tie up significant savings in fixed assets. There are no concerns about reselling the asset after their lifetime. Leasing costs are at least 25% lower than comparable rentals over a period of time.
