The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Nashik Board has rolled out its third housing lottery of 2025, offering 478 flats under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category. The units, sized between 215 sq ft and 537 sq ft, are priced from Rs5.48 lakh to Rs27 lakh, and are available across six Nashik locations: Gangapur Shivar, Deolali Shivar, Pathardi Shivar, Mhasrul Shivar, Nashik Shivar, and Agar Takli Shivar.
Distribution includes 22 flats at Deolali Shivar, 50 at Gangapur Shivar, 64 at Pathardi Shivar, 196 at Mhasrul Shivar, 14 at Nashik Shivar, and 132 at Agar Takli Shivar. All homes are offered under the 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme and are reserved for EWS applicants.
The online registration process began on September 4, 2025, following a ‘Go-Live’ ceremony led by MHADA Vice President and CEO Sanjeev Jaiswal. Applications can be submitted until October 3, 2025, via MHADA’s official website or the MHADA Lottery App. Authorities have strongly cautioned applicants against using third-party agents, emphasizing that MHADA has not authorized any intermediaries.
This initiative builds on MHADA Nashik’s earlier 2025 lotteries, which allotted 379 flats, 105 shops, and 32 plots. The final list of eligible applicants will be published on October 17, 2025, and the lottery draw date will be announced thereafter.
MHADA’s Nashik housing push aligns with its broader strategy to expand affordable housing across Maharashtra. Earlier this year, MHADA announced plans to offer 5,000 homes in Mumbai during Diwali, reinforcing its commitment to urban housing development and equitable access. By digitizing the application process, MHADA aims to streamline allotments and safeguard applicants from fraud.
This latest lottery offers a vital opportunity for Nashik’s lower-income households to secure subsidized housing, contributing to inclusive urban growth and long-term community stability.
