NBCC Bags Const Projects Worth Rs362.91cr In Delhi & Haryana

NBCC (India) has bagged two new construction projects in the state of Delhi and Haryana. Together, these projects are valued at a whopping Rs362.91cr. Firstly, the company receives the work of construction and Infrastructure Development at the University of Delhi. The project here is aggregating to Rs77.91cr. The details are: Construction of Building for Institution of Eminence- Rs41.60cr, Futuristic and new hostel cum transit accommodation for Institution of Eminence at Dhaka Housing Complex- Rs32.57cr and Up gradation of the hostel building up area 1800 Sq.m. including split air conditioner in hostel, LAN and ventilation system etc.-Rs3.74cr Secondly, the company has been awarded the work order for engagement as Project Management Consultant (PMC) for construction of Phase III of BPS Govt. Medical College, Khanpur Kalan, Sonepat, Haryana. The total cost of the Project is Rs285cr approximately subject to the revision as per Haryana Schedule Rates (HSR) 2021 plinth area rates.
