Origin Corp launches residential projects for women homebuyers

Realty developer Origin Corp has launched a project under its brand Shubh in Mira Road near Mumbai only for women homebuyers. The project, Atika, will offer special discount of Rs 500 per sq ft to women homebuyers, the company said in a release. The project will be spread over 2,245 sq metres and will have a 21-story tower. Ownership of these apartments will be offered exclusively to women. The project will have configurations of 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, ranging from 480 sq. ft. to 677 sq. ft. “Shubh’s concept of “purposeful housing for special sectors of society” has been created to honor and nurture niche segments. Currently, it is focusing on special segments of society like women, senior citizens, and military personnel, etc. Shubh initiatives offer a unique advantage to these special sections – ownership exclusively to members of these categories with an initial foray into the world of women,” said Bhavya Shah, Director, Origin Realtors LLP.
