Paras Buildtech, has launched its first commercial SCO plot, 'Paras Arcade 114, in Gurugram Sector 114. Spread across 3.25 acres, offers a total saleable area of 4,597 sqm. The project offers a range of different sizes and types of commercial SCO plots, ranging from 104-143 square feet.
