Puranik Group unveils Kyoto Life at Mirai, Ghodbunder Road—an urban sanctuary rooted in Japanese design philosophy.
In a bold move to redefine urban living, Puranik Group has launched Kyoto Life, a first-of-its-kind residential concept at Puraniks Mirai, Ghodbunder Road, Thane. Drawing inspiration from Kyoto’s mindful living traditions, the project blends cultural depth with contemporary infrastructure.
“Kyoto Life is far removed from the typical real estate model,” said Shailesh Puranik, CMD, Puranik Group. “It represents a cultural replenishment—spaces designed to breathe, encourage mindful stillness, and nurture community.”
The launch comes amid a sharp upswing in Thane’s property market:
- Residential rates surged ~46% in three years, reaching Rs19,800/sq ft by June 2025
- Ghodbunder Road saw ~11.9% growth in the past year and 15–20% appreciation over five years
Strategically, Ghodbunder Road is a vital 20 km connector between the Eastern and Western Express Highways, handling over 100,000 vehicles daily. Infrastructure upgrades, including new Mumbai Metro Line 4 developments, are enhancing its appeal. The recent U-girder installation at Kapurbawdi metro station, a key interchange, signals progress, with trial runs expected by year-end.
