WorkEZ Expands in Coimbatore with 3 Lakh Sq. Ft. Commitment

WorkEZ has signed 1 lakh sq. ft. in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, with plans to expand to 3 lakh sq. ft. and Rs250+ crore revenue projection.

WorkEZ Expands in Coimbatore with 3 Lakh Sq. Ft. Commitment

WorkEZ, one of India’s fastest-growing managed office space providers, has signed 1,00,000 sq. ft. in Coimbatore’s Saravanampatti IT corridor as part of its Phase 1 commitment. The facility is scheduled to go live by November 2025 and has already seen over 90% pre-commitment, including a major deal with PwC (US division). The company is in final stages of closing an additional 2,00,000 sq. ft. in the same vicinity, taking its total commitment in the city to 3,00,000 sq. ft.

Backed by strong clientele and operational excellence, WorkEZ has achieved over 45% year-on-year portfolio growth since inception, maintaining an average occupancy rate of more than 90% across assets. The company aims to surpass a 2 million sq. ft. portfolio milestone by the end of 2026.

“Coimbatore is rapidly evolving into a powerhouse for IT and GCC growth in India, and we are excited to play a pivotal role in enabling this transformation,” said Prathap Murali, CEO, WorkEZ. “The overwhelming pre-commitments from marquee clients reflect the market’s confidence in WorkEZ’s ability to deliver world-class workspace solutions.”

With these expansions, WorkEZ projects Rs250+ crore in revenue from the Coimbatore market over the next five years, driven by demand from GCCs, IT, and fintech sectors. Coimbatore is emerging as a preferred hub for enterprise and startup ecosystems alike.
