Ravi Kumar has been appointed Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Puravankara Limited, a leading real estate conglomerate headquartered in Bengaluru.
With nearly three decades of experience in human resources leadership across multiple sectors and geographies, he brings a strategic perspective to talent development, organizational culture, and people transformation.
Before joining Puravankara, Ravi Kumar served as Chief People Officer at Page Industries, where he led people-centric initiatives that supported innovation and long-term growth. His earlier roles at Roche, spanning both India and the Middle East, included leadership responsibilities in talent management and global HR strategy across emerging markets.
He also held senior HR positions at Saint-Gobain and Larsen & Toubro, building a strong foundation in industrial relations and people practices. Ravi’s new role is expected to shape and strengthen the workforce strategy at Puravankara during a phase of sustained expansion.
