K Raheja Group is investing Rs. 600 crore in the construction of Inorbit Mall, which covers 6 lakh square feet. The mall would become operational in three years.
With an aim to make Vizag as the functional capital of Andhra Pradesh, the YCP government is sanctioning multiple projects to the city. In a new development, the AP government has allotted 17 acres of land to Raheja Group and the real estate firm has planned to set up Inorbit mall in Vizag. The Raheja Group plans to lease the land for 30 years, for which the port trust quoted Rs 125 crores.
Neel Raheja, President of the K Raheja Corporation, visited CM Jagan Mohan Reddy’s camp office to invite him to the foundation stone laying ceremony of the prestigious Inorbit Mall in Vizag.
