With real estate projects coming to a grinding halt in Jaipur, developers under the umbrella of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (Credai), will meet officials of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera) and request them to declare one-year deadline extension of under-construction projects.
While other states including Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and UP have provided relief to the industry considering the adverse impact of lockdown, Rajasthan has not taken any decision till date. The announcement will provide relief to 1,236 developers whose projects are registered with Rera.
