Ramesh brings extensive experience in the real estate industry, with proven expertise in asset management, real estate economics, investment properties, private equity, and large-scale real estate transactions. A seasoned business development professional and alumnus of ICFAI, Hyderabad, he has consistently driven growth, value creation, and operational excellence in his previous roles.
In his new role, Ramesh will spearhead Runwal Enterprises’ luxury residential portfolio, focusing on curating premium experiences, elevating brand positioning, and maximizing value for stakeholders. He will lead Strategy and IT initiatives, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, leveraging digital transformation, and supporting the company’s long-term growth roadmap.
