Sattva Group has appointed Gopi Krishnan Moorthy as Deputy General Manager – Human Resources, bringing over 15 years of experience in HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations and workforce management across the real estate and construction sectors.
Before joining Sattva Group, Moorthy spent around five years at Brigade Group, where he served as Assistant General Manager – HR and Senior Human Resources Manager. His responsibilities included HR strategy, talent acquisition, talent management and HR business partnering.
Earlier, he worked for more than eight years at L&W Construction Pvt Ltd as Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR operations, employee engagement, campus relations and workforce management. He began his career as Executive – HR at Consolidated Construction Consortium Limited, where he gained experience in recruitment, performance management, compensation, statutory compliance and employee development.
Moorthy has completed the Advanced Programme in Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. In his new role, he will bring his experience in talent management, employee engagement and HR business partnering to support Sattva Group’s people strategy and organisational development.
