Siddha–Sejal Group Receive OC for 2 Slum Rehabilitation Towers at Kandivali

Siddha Group a leading national real estate developer along with partners Sejal Group of Mumbai, have successfully completed and obtained Occupation Certificate (OC) of two Slum Rehabilitation (SRA) towers comprising of 22 and 23 floors respectively, of its project ‘Siddha Seabrook’. This project is strategically located on Link Road, Kandivali (W), Mumbai, providing housing to over 450 families. Siddha & Sejal Group are emerging as major players in the redevelopment space in Mumbai.

Speaking on the tenants rehabilitation handover process, Samyak Jain, Director, Siddha Group said, “We are happy to handover possession of their homes to our new residents which gives them a new identity from here on. Rehabilitating them in their new home improves their living standards and enhances their lifestyle. Living in more hygienic conditions with improved marriage prospects are some positive takeaways.”

It was completed in 60 months, in-spite of Covid induced delays, and currently is under fit-out possession stage. The project offers 2 & 3 BHK residences along with a few 3BHK Sky Garden Premium apartments.
