Smartworks Announced Expansion With Addition Of DLF City-V, Gurugram

Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited (“Smartworks”) announced expansion of its portfolio with the addition of DLF Commercial Building in DLF City-V, Gurugram. The company has added over 0.47 million sq. ft office space at DLF Commercial Building, bringing its footprint in Gurugram to over one million sq. ft.

This is the fourth managed campus for Smartworks in Gurugram, in addition to the existing campuses situated at Golf View Corporate Towers (Golf Course Road), RK 4 Square (Cyber City), and ASF Insignia (Vatsal Valley).

Located along Golf Course Road near the business hubs, the managed campus has metro connectivity via Gurgaon’s Rapid Metro Line. It is well-connected via Gurgaon-Faridabad Road, Southern Peripheral Road, and NH-8. The surroundings are replete with shopping malls, restaurants, schools, healthcare services, and more.

Smartworks is working towards making the new centre operational by February 2025. Commenting on the occasion, Neetish Sarda, Founder at Smartworks, said, “Our growth in Gurugram reflects the increasing demand for fully managed and serviced campuses. This expansion aligns with our commitment to empowering enterprises by providing tailored office solutions in large campus settings, equipped with a range of amenities and services to cater to the evolving needs of the modern workspaces. Our focus is to enhance productivity and support growth in a professional and dynamic work environment.”
