Diwali has arrived, and with it comes a flurry of enticing campaigns from realty developers and top brands. Eager to capture the festive spirit, these companies have been rolling out attractive campaign advertisements well in advance, extending throughout the celebratory period. This strategic move aims to reach a wider audience, capitalize on the festive mood, and drive sales.

These campaign ads strike an emotional chord by highlighting the sentimental values and traditions of Indian families during Diwali. While some has even roped in celebs to connect with the target audience, viewers, buyers.

Catchy Campaign Titles

IIFL Home Finance Ltd., India’s leading affordable housing finance company, has launched 'Bharose Ki Keemat' campaign this festive season. The Company has partnered with a talented actor Abhishek Banerjee as the face of the campaign.

This Diwali, Homesfy, India's first listed tech-led real estate brokerage platform unveils its heartfelt “Sapno Ka Gullak” campaign highlighting the emotional journey of owning a home. Acknowledging the sacrifices made by parents for their children, this campaign is set in the heart of Mumbai and shows the journey of a middle-class family.

Hettich announced its latest digital activation, the AI-powered "Roast The Room" campaign. Merging humour with interior design, this campaign taps into the widely popular trend of "roasting" and adds a twist by inviting fans to poke fun at AI-generated images of cluttered rooms—without any Hettich products in sight. This campaign was released right ahead of Diwali.

Chandak Group unveiled "Ghar ka Favorite Din," a touching cinematic homage that transcends the mere celebration of Diwali to explore the vibrant tapestry of family life within their exquisite homes.  

Star-Studded Campaigns

Signify, the world leader in lighting, unveiled its new television commercial (TVC) starring their brand ambassador, the Indian cricket legend, Rahul Dravid. The campaign highlighted Signify's commitment to innovation, leadership excellence, tradition, festivities and the partnership with Rahul Dravid who seamlessly embodies the same spirit.

The House of Abhinandan Lodha also launched India’s first nation– wide campaign this Diwali to highlight the significance of land as a key asset class. The campaign, with legendary actor and brand ambassador of The House of Abhinandan Lodha, Amitabh Bachchan aims to reaffirm the brand’s position at the forefront of creating inter-generational wealth, making land a relevant and attractive investment for modern Indian retail investors.

Navin’s, has signed in Actor Dushara Vijayan for their latest campaign - 'Unga Veedu – Love ah, Arranged ah?’. Launched at a right time when the festive spirits are running high, the latest heartthrob in south Indian cinema stars as the protagonist of the ad leaving a lasting impression on the audience.

Festive Offers

Royaloak Furniture, India’s leading furniture brand, unveiled, ‘Royal Festive Sale’ right in time for the festive season. The campaign captured the warmth and joy of the festive season while highlighting mega discounts of up to 70% on all Royaloak Furniture’s products. The campaign was conceptualised and produced by Royaloak with the intention to emphasize on the joy of creating lasting memories within the comfort of one’s home, through Royaloak’s exclusive offerings.

The festive season marks a significant surge in real estate marketing, with captivating campaign ads designed to entice potential buyers. To fuel excitement, developers offer enticing incentives such as discounts, exemptions, and free gifts. Additionally, these campaigns generate considerable buzz on social media through heartwarming videos that beautifully capture the essence of Indian family values and festive traditions. By leveraging emotional connections and showcasing the joy of family bonding during Diwali, these ads successfully grab eyeballs and resonate deeply with their target audience.
